I retired April of 2022 after over 30 years of experience in Human Resources. Throughout my career I assisted co-workers, peers, subordinates, family and friends advance their careers and fulfill their professional dreams. I always found it exciting and rewarding to take the journey with them and to guide them along the way.
Now that I am retired I have found that I enjoy this aspect of my career even more. Calls continue to come in from friends and family and past associates looking for direction, resources, tools and strategies to change, advance and/or enhance their career path and trajectory. I am pleased to say that these interactions have continued to create successful outcomes.

As I am currently in the midst of a dynamic and vibrant career journey, I’ve come to realize that navigating the professional landscape, especially in the early stages, can be a daunting task.
